SureLC Information and Procedures

SureLC allows Equity Brokerage’s licensing department to set you up with various carriers as needed without all the additional paperwork. This is just our way of making the licensing process easier for our agents.

Once you click on the link (below), select “My Info”. This will lead you to your file. You will need to fill out each tab listed below in its entirety. When you see the tab at the bottom of the page turn green, this indicates that you have filled in all the requirements for that tab, you can then move on to the next one until all tabs are green.

You will need to have a copy of your E&O on hand and a voided check if applicable. You will also need to indicate when and through which vender you have completed your most recent Anti Money Laundering (AML) training. Please make sure to read over everything very carefully and submit all of the necessary requirements.

Once you have completed filling out your file you can then click on the “Request Appointment” tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Here you can indicate which carrier you wish to be appointed with at this time. If you wish to be appointed with additional carriers in the future you only need to email our licensing department at [email protected] or call (888-763-9701)to let us know which carrier we should appoint you with next.

*Please keep in mind to only request an appointment with a carrier if you currently have new business to submit. The only exception to this rule is when you are dealing with a pre-appointment state. If you have questions on whether or not the state you are submitting new business in is a pre-appointment state, please contact our licensing department and we will gladly help answer any questions you may have.

In addition, there is a “Help” tab located on the initial set up page. You can return to the set up page by clicking on “Home” in the upper left hand corner of your screen. You can then click on “Help”, this will lead you to the SureLC Help Desk page which should be very useful in answering any questions you may have.
